The "Kijana Wajibika" project aims to promote youth inclusion in health facility governing committees (HFGCs) through learning and advocacy. Over six months, the project conducted a baseline assessment, raised awareness, built capacity, and monitored interventions. The baseline assessment identified gaps and challenges contributing to less youth inclusion HFGCs, and assess community understanding of the HFGCs guidelines, while capacity building provided practical skills for participation. Collaboration with local health facilities, government leaders, and healthcare providers ensured effective implementation.
